Kate Dent started the business in 2016. She began her professional career as an Executive Assistant in the banking industry. She managed a selection of leaders at the top of the ladder, finding her niche in streamlining and simplifying complex work processes and environments.

This meant becoming the boss-whisperer: managing grumpy, time-poor executives with a love for overtime and dislike for technology.

With these superpowers in tow, Kate founded Your EA with the vision of helping clients across an array of industries and roles. Her virtual operator services have been snapped up across the retail, finance, NFP, and entrepreneurial spaces; her point of difference being a no-nonsense approach to high-pressure environments.

Forget Batman. The person you want on a speed dial in an emergency is Kate.
